Conduent (CNDT) is a company that spun out of Xerox in 2017. They seem to have a fairly healthy balance sheet and have made money over the past year, but it has been steadily dropping over time. They seem to have solid core businesses and they help large companies streamline their processes. They also help the government administer certain programs like SNAP and WIC.
