ZoomInfo (ZI) should do great in a world where people are using more LLMs. ZI has always been focused on creating a high-quality dataset of companies’ internal organizational structures as well as contact information to get ahold of the correct person in the organization. In a new era where sales people are using LLMs, these types of targeted calls should be much better and more thought out and ZI is going to be a cruicial piece to the puzzle in making sure that you are getting the correct org structure and the correct contact info. I have gotten crushed on ZI up to this point, but I am pretty confident that they will play a big role as a data source provider in an AI future.
